Does comments helps you to earn

hi people i hava a doubt .. does comments earn you,i comment more i didnt see any changes to my earnings,do you rate the comments,is that helps you to earn or helps the person who commented to earn

I do not know whether it helps earning money. When it is required, I just use the ADD COMMENT.
