happiness in your job

Most of us find it in the salary. But some of us find it on the boss, the company, the co-workers. How one can determine that the job he's entering is to be the happy place for him and well like a home to him?

i love my job, it's fun,but sometimes it's hard. The hardest part is dealing with mean customers and you can't do anything about it but to apologize because they are the customers and i'm just an employer. It's really hard.And it gives me stress a lot!
