long lost sister

hi, i am trying to find my lost lost sister. she was originally living in england but moved to connecticut. She was originally named Ann Mae Neale but then married a Christopher Docherty. They divorced in the 80's and she moved to Connecticut. She kept the same name until she re-married and i believe her new surname to be Brownell. If anyone knows how i can find her then i would be extremely grateful! Thank you
