Have you ever thought about life after death and if it exists?

I think everyone occasionally thinks about what happens after we die and I've seen documentaries about what some people say happens. I don't know if they are telling the truth or they had a hallucination but it's something we'll never know until we experience it and even then we won't be able to talk about it. I like the idea of reincarnation, that what we do in life affects us in subsequent lives and that we have a number of lives to use to improve ourselves and learn important lessons.
