Do you have a rice cooker? This is easy-put in rice, chicken (uncooked, cut into small pieces) some chopped broccoli, mushroom soup and water (based on how much rice you use) and push the cook button! yummy!

Here's one of my favorites called "tater tot casserole". This recipe serves about 4 people if they're not total hogs. Ingredients: 1-1/2 lb. stew beef 2 cans cream of celery soup 2 cans cheddar cheese soup 1 pkg. tater tots (I prefer the onion flavored ones) Use a 9x12 pan and spray a little cooking spray in it so the casserole doesn't stick to the pan. Cut the stew beef into bite size pieces. Lay the pieces in the bottom of the pan in a single layer. Then lay the tater tots next to each other to completely cover the meat. Mix the soups together and pour them on top of the tater tots. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until the top looks bubbly but not burnt. Then take out of oven and enjoy. The meat does best if not frozen. If not totally defrosted, just cook a little longer.
