mylot stars

hello everybody; i am quite new here and i cant undersatnd 1 thing maybe you can help me... each time i see stars with numbers in it. its just on the top of mylot members. i would just like to know whats the meaning of those stars. thank you

when you hit 100 posts you will be given a reputation star which will show your overall mylot reputation from 1 to 10. It is derived from all the plus and negative responses you get to your discussion answers. blessed be
