What do u think india cricket team will achive his performence soon??

I dont think India has got the mental strength to win tough matches. And that has been evident in numerous occasions when they have really crumbled under pressure. And my personal opinion is that India needs a aggressive captain like what Saurav used to be, because you need that aggression to come from the top. A captain should lead from the front not only in terms of the performance on the field but also with mental ability and being mentally very strong. And India's problem is that the bowling attack lacks killer punch. In most teams, you have bowlers who can finish off opponents when they are in trouble. But that rarely happens with India. They always let loose opponents even after being in a dominant position. Unless these things change, it is very difficult to make team India Number 1.

Ya you are right, all the indians are waiting for WC once again, but indian players are not practicing well, the team has very good batting line up, but not bowling, more over the players should concntrate more on cricket, and the non performing players should be removed, india need good bowlers at present, and the fielding should be improved, they indian players should work too hard to come up.

India will not do any good .. until they get rid of the show ponies and start to use good players who are dedicated .. and hungry to win. Keeping o the team those players who aren't performing is wrong .. they need to get rid of them and bring in some new blood. If the old players improve .. then they can win their spot back again .. if they do not get back into form .. they are out of the team. Until India does that they will find it hard to get back to being a really competitive international team. That is what Australia does .. and has been doing for some time now .. those players who do not perform are out of the team .. either the test team or the one day team. Some have gone and never been seen playing for Australia again .. they just didn't perform and they held the team back. It doesn't matter who the coach is .. if the team aren't willing to do their very best they will never win. It would be good to see India back in form again on the international arena .. but they do need to take a long hard look at who they select to play for them .. select on merit and nothing else and they can win again.

i can't predict about Indian cricket team's future. But the way to success lies in the hands of youngsters like Dhoni, Sreesanth, Yuvraj etc...
