Gym, do you work out on mornings or at night before you rest

i do work out during mornings when i wake up,use a few gym equips and i do some push ups..
is it better to do it before going sleep or what?

Doing it when waking up is a good way to start the day and kick in the body, although myself I prefer doing it at night. I have a hard time waking up so I can do a lot less efficient exercising in the morning.
