What do you feel when you have to work on the holiday?

It is may 1 holiday now. In China, there is a week holiday. However, I have to work at this holiday. I feel very tired. My friends can do anything which they like while I have to work. Furthermore, I will not get the money for it will be very trouble to apply from my company.
What do you feel when you meet such things? Is it equal?
