Where do you go for vacation? What was one of your favorite vacation destinations? Mine used to be St. Thomas, VI, but recently I took time off to visit the old charming city of Philadelphia. I learned a lot of historical facts while there and became a history buff! The taxation that King George put the earliest settlers through was unreal. I hope to return to Philly to see the sites I missed this past week, such as the Phil. Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum (the largest collection of Rodin's work outside of Paris!) and Independence Hall (where the constitution was drafted and signed).

Itanhaém. I always go to Itanhaém. I never went anywhere else, not that I remember. Itanhaém is like a beach, there's the city and in it surroundings, a beach.
I always went there. It is a really nice city, like a small town. There's the centre of it, but it's not big.
Anyway, it's always good to spend my vacations there. Of course, I could go somewhere else.

It's not very famous. It's just a small city, in the beach. But it's very good.

To this day, it is still Disneyland. I don't know what it is, but whenever I go there I go from being a 23-year old professional with a full-time corporate job and responsibilities to a 5-year old who gets completely out of control as soon as Space Mountain is in my sights.
But then there is the history buff in me, so there's always a joy in going to different places where I can learn about things, like the old Gold Mines here in California, or heading to a different kind of place like the Missions... this is the reason why I want to go to Europe and Egypt, my fascination with Ancient Civilizations and Medieval cultures...

Thanks for your response! I have never been to Disneyland or California, both of which I would love to visit. When I was younger I visited Disney World, but as we stood in line for Space mountain, it began to rain. When we finally progressed forward, we reached a sign that informed us that it was an hour's wait from that point. I was young and very impatient, so my parents and I sought shelter in the food area. We ate then left, as the rides weren't operating in that crazy rain!
I would also love to travel to Europe and Egypt.
