Do you ever take breaks from mylot?

Im here for one day now so i dont know it yet =P I do know that i want to get some money for sneakers i saw

Does sleep count? I imagine when summer courses start up next week i will post less.. also i really should be getting a job.. so i can see myself posting less but i wouldn't go as far to say its a break.. because its kind've an unwilling leave

Oh no Im on here every day. Maybe a little longer some days. But Im not working so this is a good reason for me to be on here. Im glad to hear your daughter is out of that.LOL

Maybe no breaks that long... see, I don't work as much on the computer during the weekends, so I don't have much time on those weekends to be on myLot. The weekends are usually my break from the computer in general, so I will try not to be on them at all if I can help it. That is usually the reason I am off myLot for a while. When I am at work, I have enough time to answer a good number of posts.

I also take a break from here, that is, unless there are more interesting topics that are just screaming at me to reply. You know, sort of something that suits one's personality, history, or inner self. Such as this.

I do, but usually I take a 2-day break from mylot and it mostly would be around the weekends! It's basically because I need a break from my computer and I should do some other things, like catch up with friends, read a good book, read my magazines and stuff. I think I have really spent too much time in front of the computer *laughs* and that's why I am giving myself breaks over the weekends!

Yeah, I can't stand sitting on front of my computer screen more than 1 hour, So I usually take brake every 1 hour at least. It is harmful to our eyes to sit more than that. I usually sit for 5 hours on my lot but not in continuous fashion.

Usually I don't take a break from Mylot. I want to come to Mylot in my free time. I am just addicted to Mylot. If I don't post anything also I would come here and read some discussions from my interests and responses I get to my discussions. Becasue sometime I don't get much time to post and soemtime I don't just feel like posting anything. But I always like to spend my free time here. I would not be here for long in Mylot if I go for a vacation. In wekend sometime I don't come when we go for outing and don't get time to get online. Other then this I don't consider to take a break from Mylot.

when someone goes off for an important matter for weeks and gets busy there, then it is only normal that he/she will be off the hook in terms of mylotting. this will even be more pronounced if the place where the days are to be spent is devoid of computers and the internet.

Hi Sissygrl. You aren't the only one that takes breaks, lol. I've only been her for about 3 months but I've already taken two one week breaks. The first time was to visit with my grandmother for a week while she was very ill. The second time, at the beginning of last month, hubby and I went on vacation for our 23rd anniversary. It's always fun coming back though. When you're not on mylot, do you think of lots of discussions you could start when you get back? ;)

Honestly I think Mylot has been one of the most addictive sites I have been a part of. I don't think I have missed a day yet. I know I will for about a week in June though because my parents are coming down from Arizona. It will be my daughters first birthday during their visit and I only get to see them once a year, so mylot will have to wait then. Other then that I don't see any other time anywhere in sight lol. How sad is that, man this site is addictive!

I have been a member for about a month and I was on here everyday until a few days ago. My daughter has cerebral palsy and epilepsy,she has had a ton of appointments lately and I have barely been on here. I think I'm too addicted to not be on here much.

I've not done it yet, but I'm sure my time is coming soon. I am beginning classes tonight to get my real estate license and I won't have as much time to work on Mylot. Either that or I'm going to have to squeeze it in very early in the morning as I'll be going at night and work part-time during the day. I would have to say that I would definitely miss it if I had to take a break.

Yes I do. Sometimes because I am annoyed, for instance when I gave an unpopular opinion in a discussion and my rating dropped two points. Some days I am too busy with other things. I try to respond to at least two discussions a day though, if the topic interests me.

I didn't used too, but now I have no problem for a few days. It isn't like it used to be 7 months ago. No fun, too many rules.

I do go in spurts a bit. While I've never taken a week or two off, I've taken close to a week when we went out to our summer cottage last summer. I suppose I'll be taking a big break if and when I go to Hong Kong too, LOL. I do have days that I go without really checking it but for the most part there's always some point in the 24 hour period that I check things out, even if just to answer others' discussions.

I have taken a couple of days off here and there, but the longest break just occured, when I went on vacation to PA. I was offline for over a week and all I wanted to do when I got home was check on myspace for new discussions. LOL. It is very addictive!

i leave mylot just for a few days.it was because i did not have time to do responses.besides i cannot find the topic related to my discussions that time.i was getting bored with silly discussions that time.no offense but people was asking simple questions which most of us knew about it. so that time i just upload images everyday.it is better than get nothing at all.but now i am active on mylot again.once i get active again i would do 10 responses and 20 images everyday.because i skipped responses almost over a week so i did not reach the payout for april. but for may im gonna be extra active to reach the payout $20 which is equals as 2 months payout.hopefully i would reach my target.do wish me best of luck
