Back pain - what helps you?

My hubby has degenerative disk disease. He is ALWAYS in pain. It is located primarily in his lower back however,his neck has been totally fused due to this condition. I am looking for anything to help alleviate the pain - even if it is just a bit. HELP!!

you know back pain come in to the body reasons one the Obesity, and oily food please decrease the bad food

Back pain has to be one of the worst things to suffer with. I experienced it for about 2 years a few years ago. Only thing that really helped was lots of pain med (oxycontin to be exact) and one of those back massager thingys. I wish ya'll luck in getting through this, I'm very sorry, I know it's hard on both of you.
