hayfever

And I've not even been in a hayloft haha but seriously any known to work remedies would be appreciated this is the first time i've been struck down with this, sore eyes streaming nose i've tried the usual over the counter medicines but they dont seem to do a lot for me any advice would be greatfully recieved.

We've got pretty nasty allergies at this time of year in my family too. Try some local honey! For some reason because the bees gather from the local flowers if you eat some local honey each day it really helps with this type of allergy!

thanks for the responce sorry for the delay in replying good idea but honey doesnt agree with me so i'll keep looking tc
