Spending time with JESUS

oh i admire you! and i envy you too. i am still struggling to let go of my earthly distractions in order to be fully consumed by Jesus. but every time though that i spend time with God i felt all his love and power. i just felt so different!

I do spend special chunks of time like that with Jesus now and then, but not often enough. Isn't it amazing that whenever we do plan to, He's always willing? He never has anything else planned, nothing else is on His mind, but to be with us. What a wonderful friend! I truly feel bad for those who don't know Jesus because they don't know what they're missing.

Just wanted to let you know that Lonnie passed away in 2007. I had him as a friend on Facebook and his son let me know of his passing. I know that Lonnie is with the Lord that he so loved right now! Praise God for His awesome promise of eternal life to all those who love Him!! Rest in peace Lonnie. ~Spring

I spend time with Jesus but not for hours. I should organize my life so that I can include Jesus in all my activities. Today is National Prayer day and I have prayed several times a day about our nation, our church, our leaders, our missionaries, peace in the world, specially the war in Iraq to end, our family, relatives and friends, the sick, the poor, etc.

I love Jesus. He is my savior. I do have time for Him in my life. I pray a lot and He always listen to my prayers. Without Him, life will be no meaning.

spending time with Jesus is the best thing to do bc He is the best friend of all. He is more than a friend to me. The greatest friend I ever had in life. He is my mediator and God. I love Him and He loves me too. So I have to be faithful to Him by being faithful to my friends here on earth. Because if I am not faithful to my friens on earth, i cant be faithful to Him. He said, if you do to these ones you see, you have done it to me. He is also jealous and does not want the devil to kidnapp me as His friend.

I am afraid I am guilty of not spending as much devotional time with Jesus as I should. I know when I do I feel much better about myself and life in general. He want's us to spend one on one time with Him! I have tried to make sure to organize my life so each day I have a special time set aside just for that but it seems I will do find for a few days and then satan moves in and other things take over. I do pray often - daily through the day and often my prayers are for just that, that I will devote more time to Him, Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior.
