Disabling Windows File Protection
1. Simply find the Key "SFCDisable" in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
2. Edit the value to FFFFFF9D.
Note: If you want to re-enable File Protection, just re-set the value to 0.

Can you tell me what use this has ?
I think that it is better to enable it always.
