Slow food, contrary to fast food, is a social movement that states that food is not only for nourishing but to enjoy and that fast food restaurant are detrimental to such endeavour. What do you think??

For years I have avoided fast foods and taken care to eat healthy and I suppose "slow" foods.
However, recently I started to eat fast foods and love it.
Chicken and burgers and ribs.. Just love it! Fast food is such a treat after dieting carefully for years.. Slow food is borrrrrinnng.
