What Do YOU Do When You're Blue?

I listen to my favorite music, I keep myself busy to keep my mind occupied. Watch a favorite movie or TV show. Surround myself with friends that make me laugh, this is especially important, that saying is soooo true, "laughter is the best medicine". What do YOU do when you're blue?

Most of the time I listen to music or if Iam really bored and mad I do what most females would do,Eat Ice Cream

I usually either read or listen to music, and I prefer to be alone then.

Cheryl!!! Howdy!! I usually go for a walk or listen to my favorite music (you know who....lol). Always try to stay busy and take my mind off of whatever has me down.
