I'm not sure how I feel about it. I know I may get flamed for stating this but I still wanted to post it. How do you feel about the death penalty? I am torn about it, but I think if someone is a big risk (think jeffrey dahmer, ect) it might be worse on them to just stay in prison for life rather than getting the death penalty. Sometimes it seems almost like the easy way out for some criminals. What are your opinions and views on this? Please, let's not fight here, let's keep it clean!

i agree with this depends on the grave of the case. yes, we don't have the right to take anyone's life but what if it was a murder case? isn't it true that the criminal also took innocent life? what if it as a multiple murder case?
also, this would make other killers and criminals to stop committing crimes for reasons that i believe self-explanatory.

If that's the only thing to stop the most common problems in the community like killings, terrorism and or any kind of mass destruction, well, it is more like to have it.
But then, if that would be the case, i would be certain that the justice section in the community would be much influenced by all means...., just to avoid having into it.
Hence, a prison for life would still be good coz i know, we dont have the right to owe one's life except God!
