glbt pride celebrations

In my local area, the Pride Week events are all involved with a college. So while I do take part in some of them, there are some I don't go to just because I'm not a college student. I kind of miss living in bigger cities where there was always that sort of thing to do. I should make a point to go on vacation around the right time to hit a Pride event. That would be kind of fun. I used to be really involved in that sort of stuff, but since most people view me as being heterosexual because I'm in a male/female relationship at the moment (I'm bi), it's a bit of a quandry getting involved sometimes.
