Please let me correct a few things. First, it's been done already, LONG time ago, where you been? Second, it was not the U.S. that did it, it was Iraq. He was tried in Iraqi court, by Iraqi judges under the Iraq government for crimes against Iraq. Was it right? I think that is up to the people of Iraq to decide. To my way of thinking, they decided this when they elected their government. They chose a government that would put him on trial and punish him for his crimes against his own country. Has everyone forhetten the chemical attacks on the kurds in the 80's? We chose to let himn stand trial in iraq instead of the U.S. because the crimes he committed were against the people of Iraq. The attacks on our planes in the no fly zones went largly ignored because it was more important to us that the people of iraq have their day of vindication after 40+ years of living under him.
