you can try out some html language websites, some of them tutorials provided.

www.w3schools.com is good for educating yourself on most website scripting languages. comes with examples.
freewebs is good but it doesnt support php but considering what you want to it may not matter. freewebs is good for simple little websites but if you want to get really technical, you will have to look into something more advanced
