do you use trash cans?

i am conscious about the environment specially cleanliness or clean living as you may say it. i want the wastes around the house properly disposed in trash bags and trash bins. i appreciate jeepney drivers with trasn bins placed inside the vehicle so eveybody is aware of waste management. it has been my habit throwing my waste in trash bins inside the jeepney when i commute. i just don't throw my garbage anywhere.

If you ask me, yes I do use trash cans in public places and vehicles. Most buses too have trash cans, and I see to it that I throw my garbage into them. Usually, when travelling, passengers just throw their litters outside the window of the bus of jeep. . .that's really bad. That's why adults like us should really teach children never to throw litters anywhere, but instead use the garbage can provided by our concerned drivers. If all parents really teach their children, our streets will be litter-free. Of course, this habit of proper throwing of garbage is taught in schools, but should be followed up at home.

I just hope every jeepney will have trash cans and I hope every passengers use it too,It's helping our country in our own small way. .me? yeah..I used tose trash cans..and if ever the jeepney has no bin I put my trash on my bag or pocket and dispose it properly.If every Filipino will just be sensitive to these small trash we'll have cleaner country.

Yeah that's the big question if those passengers really use trashcans. If not what's the point of trashcans in jeepneys? Some passengers may use the trashcans but most of the passengers just throw it where ever they want.

i live in davao city and i am a certified commuter. however, the jeepneys here seldom have trash cans inside them. so, we passengers tend to throw trash anywhere because there is not trash can. i admire those jeepney drivers who make an effort to induce cleanliness by putting trash cans in their jeepneys. maybe the MMDA could implement a law on that or something. it would really help with the cleanliness of the streets. :)

Yes, I use the trash cans to throw little pieces of paper I find in my bag while looking for my coin purse to pay my fare. When I eat a candy or a chewing gum while travelling, I don't need to keep the wrapper in my bag when there's a trash can inside the public vehicle. I appreciate these extra amenities on public transportations because I am not the type of person who litters in the street or in public places. That is why I cannot understand when people leave their consumed bottles of mineral water, canned drinks, candy wrappers, etc. when they vacate their seats in the buses or jeepneys.

yup, here in davao there are lots and lots of trash can everywhere.. It also has color coding to segregate biodegradable and non-biodegradable..
