People selling their kids for money! How could anyone do that????

what else will this kind of people will sell for the sake of money? Their wife? parents? brothers? sisters? How could they be able to sell their own blood and flesh (kids)? I dont know but I dont think these people still have a heart... How could you sleep at night thinking of what kind of people did you sell your kids? I dont know... but as a mother pof two... I find them really heartless!!!

And I also wonder WHAT could have been the reason they do this?

This isn't the first time I have heard of parents selling their children. Some people have no morals what so ever. Its all about how the can make money. On Dr Phil one day it showed a women who was willing to scam as many people as she could telling them that she was going to let them adopt her baby. It was all about how much money she could bilk from these people. No mother who truly loves her child would sell it. This type of person makes me sick. I can understand giving a child up for adoption so that the child can have a better life then what you can afford but I don't understand a parent profiting.

I just cannot comprehend this action by a parent.....I can understand when a mother truly believes that she is doing the best thing for the child and gives it up for adoption.....I know several people whose life has been greatly enhanced by the adoption system.....but to sell your own flesh and blood for potential profit is beyond me!!! There are many hotlines for parents who feel that they are at the end of their rope...if they do not have any other support system that works for them. The psychological makeup that would think that this is a "quick fix" for a financial hardship denotes a desperation that most people could never rationalize.... I know that there are alot of people in the United States that need more help than the system allows for; however, I also feel that there are some of these people who are unwilling to attempt to do for themselves...who will sit around and feel sorry for themselves waiting for somebody to "help" them.........before anyone gets upset...I do also realize that there are exceptions to this, as well.... Not everybody is ready to willing to be a parent...it is a shame that we can't tell who they are by looking at them......

This is bad and I have heard of it happening alot in the past several years. I dont know how they can do this either!

It is sad to hear this and it seems like we hear it in the news over and over. I have a young neice who said she had a friend that was trying to sell her unborn baby for a lot of money. I told her that if the girl did not think that she could raise the child, she could leave the baby with the hospital, fire station, church, police station. They require some information, but mainly they are concerned for the childs safety. I asked her if she was thinking of the same thing, she had a 3 month old baby at the time, I told her to call her social worker and talk to her about it. I just don't understand people trying to sell their kids. I can understand if they want a better life for the child, but there are legal ways to go about doing this.
