how to let the bowel movement fluently?

my bowel movement is often not fluent, so the poisonous things can't go out. how to make them fluent?

What helped me also, was to drink a big class of orange juice (freshly pressed) and a lot of greentea. And bread.. I feel that bread is very important to my bowel, perhaps because of the fibers. The only thing I know it's that with thease products I hadn't bowel problems for quite a long time.

And fruits could help too...especially prunes and papaya.
As for fibre intakes, make sure u consume oats or muesli in the morning to help your bowel movements :)

as a part of healthy body, at lest everday we flushed the toxins we acquired.
here are some that will help you:
eat fiberous foods, like wheat, fruits, vegie.
in fruits you can eat papaya in the evening if you are working in day, so that in the morning you can unleashed that toxins of yours. try as well those dried fruits
in vegie always remember the harder the vegie like celery, it contains higher fiber
try also some wheats, like oatmeal, whole wheat and ban
the most important, is to drink plenty of water 8_10 glass a day, to easily flushed the foods in intestines.
fruits, vegie and wheat are also part of healthy diet. so way to go flushing your toxing away.
