i also got that message from my friend..yes, i agree that one of our purpose in life is to love someone..but sometimes, we can't say that when loving a person, we don't have the assurance that we can't hurt them..like in my situation, i got a suitor before, but i don't love him because i don't feel the magic of love in my heart, and i think i hurt him because i wasn't give him a chance to be his gf..

That was unintentionally hurt che. Yes, somehow you hurt his feelings but I think he will be HURT MORE once you give him a chance to be his gf and yet you're not in love with him :(

Well, I think that what you said is right.
I like this message and I think that in all its simplicity it is great.
The problem is that not always, for many reasons we can respect the moral
teaching coming from it.
Seldom our selfishness gives us another way of thinking and we behave just
like barbarians.
It is difficult not to hurt others, also when you don't want to.

Yes, it is really difficult not to hurt others especially our love ones, but there are times we hurt them unintentionally :(
