When I was young, I hate going to dentist's clinic. I hate the fact that the dentist would pull off my tooth/teeth because I know it's painful. But as I grow older, of course I'm not afradi of them anyhow. In fact, when I was in college, I insisted my parents to allow me to have retainers on my teeth. My purpose was not because I had a bad teeth but because I find people who wear retainers and braces cute. lol. See how silly I was....hehehhe

I'm not necessarily nfraid of the dentist, i just really hate going. I had a dentist when I was a child who was very abusive to children, he would fill teeth that didn't need to be filled, and pull teeth, and never once did he use any anaesthetic. To this day, I will put off going until I have severe pain. I have found 2 dentists that I actually like, and I now live 3000 kilometres away from them, so haven't been in 6 years

and since i have lost almost all of my molars to them, i can not find any reason why i should be afraid of them lol. i am not afraid of any kind of doctors but we should all be to those who malpractice their profession. kinda scary meeting a people like them.

Of course I am scared to go to see the dentist. As everytime I go there it won't be a good news for me. If it is not necessary, I don't want to go there at all. So sometimes maybe my case gets worse due to it.

nope but my hubby does.... and it is really funny he acts like a kid when it comes to dentist. he is very hygenic but you still need to visit the dentist. he is a big man acting like a small kid.

I am afraid of the dentist! Even when I was a child, trips to the dentist really make me so afraid of the pain of tooth extraction. Today, the dentist's chair is still frightening.. . I don't visit one very often, not only because of fear, but moreso because it simply is not a need at the moment. Other doctors like surgeons really are scary; I am getting old, and the last thing I need is to be told that I need to see a doctor for a serious disorder. I pray not. .
