If you have problems, do you prefer to be alone. Do you confide to your friends, partners? Do you ask for advice like here in mylot? Do you go out to forget it? Do you try to resolve it by yourself?

I am a very quite person and i don't tend to talk too much of my problems to other people, to my family or to my husband. But then i learned through years of experience that whenever i have problems i get so miserable that it takes my energy and could not function well throughout the day. What i do now is talk it out to my friends and i don't keep it to myself anymore, in this way i feel lighter at least it is not a burden anymore and in my quite moments i pray for it to be solved.
Mylot community is one avenue for me to ease out my problems..thanks guys.

I was an only child, so for me to confide in someone takes too much out of me, so I prefer to work out the problem by myself. Only some of my closest friends and wife will I confide in with a problem, then I'm selective since I don't want someone to worry with me or cause them to be upset.
Overall though, my problems are very minor in comparison so there's nothing to get really wrapped up about.

Most of the times, I prefer being alone. But if matters gets into worse, I seek my friends' company. But, I don't easily tell them what's bugging me, as I like to share it just to a few. For me, it is still much better tell someone whom I really trust, to which I know can help me understand more what I'm going through.
