Taking a 15 minutes nap after lunch really keeps you fit for the rest of the day and you dont be overtired specially when you have a family to take care

i take five to ten minutes naps per day i feel very powerful and i can stay awake for long time the night

Id love to take a small nap after lunch. But im working and so it is difficult to do that. My boos would probably fire me if he caught me sleeping in office:)
