Since the day a baby was born, he / she got love and care from their mother.Then they grew up till young age.And the problem begin,..While their parent were press under finance situation,..and their child start to loose parent love and care.Day by day the young child grow up till they reach adult age. Because in their past they poor in love and care,their character grow to be hard, stubborn, selfist and another bad character,.even worst some of them going to the jail,..In this case,..who will be in charge because of they did?
