It's usually a religious letter, saying if you care about jesus you will forward to somebody you know or else you will have bad luck for years to come. Sometimes the subject is about sharing how much you care for a friend and share it to all of your friends and give it back to the one who sent it to you.
Before this kind of letters were sent to your home address, where it makes you wary at times. But now a days it is sent through e-mail. Do you believe in chain letters? and do you sending it forward to your friends or somebody you know?

these chain letters are the first known scams which have floated in the public. i wonder why people are still into it, when in fact, it has never done any good on anyone in the past. these chain letters had been around since time immemorial when communication was still so difficult to deal with. if this has some truth into it, the lives of people ages 40 and up must be all in their glory days already, what with all those good luck coming their way, as those chain letters have claimed.

no, i never take chain letters seriously. i can stil remember that there was a time when i was forced to do what one told me to do while i was still in high school. my sister was so afraid about what it said about the bad luck coming. she started to make so many responses which had to be done by hand or typewriter. there were no computers yet. i took pity on my sister because, she had to make something lik 30 or 50. and then those will have to be mailed to friends yet.
the experience was so tiring and taxing. from then on, i burn any chain letter that comes my way. there are chain texts also aside from chain e-mails nowadays. the chain texts are easier to do and less expensive but, i never beleive in them bringing any good luck at all. this goes for those chain e-mails, too. just think, if these are supposed to bring good luck to us, why will this cause bad luck if we do not comply with it? and if we comply with it, how come nothing good comes out of the effort? it is an old time scam.

No I do not believe in the chain letters or emails or sms's . I just delete these emails if they are related to religion. But sometimes I have received some informative emails and which are useful for others then in that case I do forward them to my friends.

I think all this is useless.why do people forward such things?? does god come in their dreams and tell them to do all this..!! our luck cant be decided by all such stupid things rather it depends on us. if anyone really wants to spread any such messages then they needn't torture someone like this..

I hate chain letters nd emails, they are nothing but a nuisance and prey on the vulnerability of people. I get these emails almost every day and I just delete them immediately.

I really hate chain letters and all about it. I am not afraid it cause for me it is just someones entertainment and I don't even boder. I think that is fun for some people to scare others to do something. I like the thing that they are banned on forums and similar things on net.

I hate chain mails. My friends always send them to me. After I read it, I will just delete it. There is no point continuing sending. What they spread is just lies and some information is harmful.
