This is an update to the discussion concerning my brother and jail.

Well, for all that responded to my last discussion concerning my brother headed for jail. He went to court that day and waited for what seemed like forever and they never called his name. Eventually we asked what was going on and they said he wasn't supposed to be there until the next day. So we go back the next day and they say you were supposed to be here yesterday. Can you honestly believe this. Anyway his lawyer pulls him to the side and tells him they are going to avoid doing anything because they are seeking an indictment on him on June 4 for stabbing a man. So instead of having his hearing now they want to do things all at once. I almost passed out when I heard the new charges they were trying to bring upon him. Maybe all the posts that said jail what was he needed were correct. I'm even more heartbroken now. I wonder if it will ever end. He will be doing alot more than six months now.
