Changing rear wiper blades

'98 Dodge Grand Caravan. Had to bend the old wiper blade to get it off of the arm. Looks like I will have to remove the wiper arm to put the new blade on. If so, how does it come off. If not, what is the proper way to change the blade?

We have a 2002 Dodge Caravan SE, we had to do the same thing recently not sure if yours is the same but there was a clip that you had to press in underneath the blade where it goes onto the bracket, we bought a 16" wiper blade at Canadian Tire and used our exisiting hardware to put it on.
