im a regular smoker n vrytime i smoke i feel bad....do u ppl hve such feelins?????

sometimes when i have a cigerette it can make me feel a bit anxious i dont know why this happens maybe its all the toxins in cigerettes that are having some kind of effect on me. im planning to quit soon anyway i see smoking as a pointless waste of money.

Bad, as in nauseous? If you're nauseous, you're experiencing nicotine poisioning. In that case, cut down from regulars to lights (less nicotine), or stop smoking altogether. I usually get a light-headed, relaxed feeling when I smoke.
