If the Island Isn't Hell...

or Purgatory, since the writers/producers/etc. have said many times they aren't dead what is your theory about the island? Naomi (I think that was the girl on the helicopter) said they found all the bodies on the plane, what do you think can be an explaniation for this? Do you think the Others or Dharma had anything to do with it?

The only place I've heard anyone mention that the writers, etc said it's not hell or purgatory is on message boards like this one. I'm wondering if that's just a rumor that's been spread and that's what it really is. Everything is sure pointing at purgatory. I just hope they wrap up the loose ends!

yes the fact that the proofs are camera related means that could be easily faken... of course the others have to do with this because he didn t wanted the island to be found ......like she sad(the girl from helicopter) the coordonats where in the midle of pacific(or other ocean, i dont remember)....

When everyone says 'they found the wreckage' it is not clear who 'they' are. Imgaine no one really 'found' a wreckage, but 'they' did video/camera footage of a fake crash (or computer generated) and gave it to the media. We all know how the media loves to feed off these things.
My guess, it's the Others. Ben knew they were there, radioed back home to Jacob. And the rest is history.
