yeah..I would say unless Batman makes his suite out of cryptonite or something in a one on one man against man scenario Super man would wipe the floor with him

Why? Does Batman have an ample supply of kryptonite on hand? 'Cause last time I checked, that was the only thing that could take Superman out. Batman is certainly COOLER, but Superman could crush him like an ant. After all, that's what Superman DOES. He beats people. Constantly. ALL THE TIME. HE'S SUPERMAN. All the gadgets in the world wouldn't save Batman from being destroyed. The only thing that Batman really has going for him in this fight is that he would actively try to kill Superman. Superman just likes to capture people, disarm them, and drop them in jail.

I like Batman, but in a fair fight Superman would win. However Batman doesn't play fair. Batman doesn't trust Superman because he is an alien, so he carries kryptonite with him. Batman is a little screwy in the head. He planned out ways to take out each member of the Justice League if he ever needed to. Some villian stole the plans in one of the comics and started to take out the Justice League.
