My favorite dish this month is aubergine lasagna. There seems to be an abundance of the vegetables at a very good price in the shops, and of course I love cheese, and olives, and bell peppers and red pesto sauce, so combining the whole lot is going to be a hit with me! I am a total seaonal cook, and always look to work my meals around whatever is fresh and available in the shop. The strawberries will be coming in now too, so we will be having a lot of fruit Victoria Sponges for dessert!

I don't cook, but Wendy's just opened a new branch down our building so I always take out Bacon Mushroom Melt with fries and cold tea. HMMM.
