Traffic of people

I saw this discussion: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1052835.aspx and was inspired to ask the young women who are looking for job abroad: do you recognize the risk? How do you choose your job agency? And all of you: how your country cope with the problem of the traffic of people?

We may say there is slave trade in our country,human trafficking is slave trade only, new century gave a new name. India, our country, even members of Parliment are doing the same, it is a mafia.

yes, going abroad especially for women is a great risk! most especially those who work as domestic helpers considering the fact that they are to live all by herself with the family that she doesn't know at all. however, there are employers too who are very kind just like filipinos here. the best thing too before proceeding to any application for abroad is to check with the poea if the agency is accredited with poea that in times of problems they have somebody to turn to and help them out.
