frinds.. i v got stuck into one more problem... i do have a pay pal account, but when i click on the recieve money or withdraw money button, it says payments cannot be withdrawed in your region.. i am in u.a.e i.e dubai to be specific.. can any one tell me do i have any other option to recieve that money or how do i get my self that money some one please suggest....
