Lapses made by mylot members - affects to active members earnings

Most of the members usually responding to the discussions to their interest and on easy going. But the discussion members were mostly discontinued with mylot or not active. This is heartening that most of the acive nw members are not getting any responses to their discussions. As a active member how we can solve the problem? Because non-active members should not get appreciated on the results of active members. So friends think it over and suggest good solution for our earnings....

These days I am not working in MyLot as my other activities have picked up.

I think new members would be better off to request friendship from new and older members so they can make sure that their discussions will get a response to them. I have over 500 friends here and I have a mailbox full of discussions from all of my friends to respond to. I am going through them and helping every one of them that I can relate to. I have all of my friends email alerts turned on so I will get all of my friends discussions. I don't have alot of time to go into the Mylot site and check for new members and their discussions, so I think the best thing for them to do is request friendship from others so they will get an email alert from them.

I think everybody ought to get equal treatments from mylot whether active or inactive. Most inactive members are just busy with other things thus having lesser time to participate in mylot, but it doesn't mean they're not doing their share.
