I just wanna share this recipe to whom which love the potato very much. This is one of the recipe which made from the potato and I love to eat them.
Beef Bergedil
6 pcs potato
½ kilo minced beef
1 onion – chopped
¾ cup parsley – chopped
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 eggs – beaten
Oil for frying
Preparation
Heat the oil in the pan. Boiled the potato and peel the skin. Mashed the boiled potato.
Add the minced beef, onion, parsley, black pepper, salt and the salt in. Mix all together.
Form a small ball shape from the mixed ingredients.
Coat the ball with the beaten eggs by soak them for 1 second in the beaten eggs.
Fry the balls in the hot oil and remove from heat when it is golden in color.
Nice to serve with the pita bread, plain beef or chicken soup or rice.
