How can i concentrate on my activities?

It may seem as apersonal problem,
but i place it here since i think some of u may be facing the same,
i just telling about the lack of concentration,
like, each week i feel craze on different ideas,
like may be now interested in mylot,last week fully in some music, the other in some games,
and they actually stealing a lot of my time, but nothing is complete,
could u suggest a remedy so as i can concentrate and to limit the activities so as to control myself,
but anyway i should tell ,ienjoy being here!

Concentration comes from within. No amount of pressure will bring concentration.
First try to concentrate in yourself.
There are certain ways.
Keep your eyes closed. Concentrate on your breathing for one minute on day 1 to 5. day 6 to 10 make it for 2 minutes. day 11-15 make it 3 minutes, and likewise slowly slowly bring the concentration timing to 15 minutes. Then practice 15 minutes concentration for 3 months.
This is the best way to concentrate

concentrating on breathing is fine, but when you are meditating you need to concentrate on a specific object or chant something so that you are on it & don't keep loosing concentration, for the first a week do it for 5 mins & gradually increase 1 or 2 minutes as & when you feel like. At the same time like andyvish said you can also do breathing as it will also help you alot & gain your strength & concentration back
