Neopets anyone?

My partner and I have recently rediscovered the unparalleled joys of wasting an entire day collecting neopoints and keeping our little pets well-fed and happy.
They have a ton of new games, too. At least, they're new to us because it had been so long since we logged in!
Anyone else waste a lot of time playing Neopets? What's your favorite game? Any tips and tricks?

I haven't been able to enjoy neopets as much as I did before. Because I have other things to do that are much more fun. Meerca Chase was always my favorite game!

It's always nice to find hobbies you like even better than old ones, I think. There's nothing wrong with outgrowing things.
Meerca Chase is one of my favorite games too. It's an oldie, but a goodie. I also love Destructo and Sutek's Tomb... all of them are twists on classics, though, and I'm sure that's why they're so popular.

Well what a better way to get young and older generations playing games... classics with a modern twist. lol But yea, I get on there every now and them to communicate with friends. =D

i used to play neopets awhile back.. but i've been pretty busy with worl and stuff, so i haven't found the time to take care of my pets (i wonder if they're starving already..lol)..
anyway, in order to have a good amount of neopoints, i always play games.. there are games that are so easy to play that give you lots of NP (especially those which are promotional games).. there are also websites that have a list of good-paying games which you might want to check out.

If it's any consolation, while I'm sure your pet is starving, they never die of starvation. Must be nice, living in Neopia.

I just joined, but I don't know if I will have time to play the games to keep my pet happy. I just have one right now and it was tough to chose a name for him, everyone single one was taken no matter how obscure it was. I have a Kougra and am still trying to figure out the site. It looks fun!

The best advice I have is to save up enough points to check your pet into a hotel. It takes less time than you'd realize to keep a pet happy, but when you check him into a hotel, you can still play with him if you feel like it, but they feed him and he stays happy. http://www.neopets.com/neolodge.phtml

I have a neopet before. However its been ages since the last time I have check neopets.com. And I'm not sure if my account still exists, my... before I love playing with my neopet its a blue cat but then when I lost my net at home I havent got the time to go out and check my pet. Too bad this happened, and now I've no longer remember my account in there.

Wow, I'd forgotten all about Neopets! Yeah, I used to spend loads of spare time just playing around there! My children were the ones to first mention it to me and I always like to check things out before I let them do it. So I went, made my first pet, started playing, and was hooked! Thanks for reminding me about it!
