Oh, veggies. There is nothing like the taste of fresh off the vine veggies! Fresh tomatoes taste so much sweeter and more rich. Fresh corn is so sweet and tender you can slice it off the cobb and eat it right in the field. Fresh strawberries.... YYUM! This post is making me hungry! :)

It must be a flower garden, a vegetable garden is a nice idea but space is an issue and above all there is the fear of theft.
A flower garden is beautiful to look at and it refreshes your mind.

I would prefer to have a vegetable garden than the flower garden because we can get more in return if we have a vegetable garden by selling some to our neighbors.lol

i would love to have both. the flower garden would be up front while the vegetable garden in the back.
i like colors in the garden and have a lot of butterflies fluttering about. it's a fantasy scene for me.
i've never been a veggies girl but my father is really good with vegetable gardens and i would like to have one maintained by him. a garden with organic produce... maybe by then i would learn to love most of the vegetables that would grow there. i dreamt about it before and i know it would happen someday.
but if it's something i would personally handle myself, i think, like you, i would have better success with a flower garden... less maintenance. :)

I would rather have a vegetable garden. While flowers might look nice, a vegetable garden can save you money. We planted one this year, and seed were only 10 cents a pack. That a lot cheaper then going to the store for some veggies.

I'd prefer to have a flower garden at the front of my home so as to make my home look much better & vegetable Garden in the backyard so that i can grow my own vegetables (even though a few) & have them for myself instead of buying them from a store for exorbitant amount.
