I'm from China, the common vehicle in an ordinary family is bicycle. Cars are too expensive for an ordinary family to buy. There are four bicycles in my family. Every member in my family has one. It is cheap and convenient. Most of students and workers ride bicycles to schools and companies. Some people take a bus. Quite a few people drive cars. What is main vehicle in your family? Do you have lots of cars in your city?

hi wonderful, Here in the Philippines, we have lots of cars in the city. Mostly are transport jeep (a common transport vehicle with fare rate),buses and private cars. Sometimes we experienced heavy traffic during rush hours but with the help of the Light Rail Transit known as LRT, it is the main metropolitan rail system serving the Metro Manila area here in the Philippines. The original purpose of the system was to reduce traffic congestion in the metropolis, many commuters who ride the LRT also take various forms of road-based public transport such as buses,to reach the intended destination from an LRT station and vise versa. While this forms a comprehensive transportation system serving many parts of Metro Manila, the system has only been partially successful in cutting traffic congestion and travel times, which is further aggrevated by the rising number of motor vehicles in Metro Manila. it's me, eunixia

hello stacy, I love family outing, but for us that we can't afford to have a family van or car of our own, we hire a van for special occassions with my family. It is very convenient to hire van or any transport vehicle, no more obligations for maintenance and gas. till then, eunixia

My partner & i each have a car but the one we use as a family car - it's the newest, safest & largest to carry everything in - including the baby seat! It's a Nissan Pulsar - i think in the USA it's called a Nissan Sentra! My partner has a 4 door Ute (i think it's a pick up over there) & then i have a little sports car but it hasn't bee driven anywhere for quite a while now!

Hello! My van I guess would be called our family vehicle because when we travel we all pile in it and go. But my husband has his own truck and our daughter her own car. My van is a Nissan Quest.

For our family vehicle we currently have my Dodge Intrepid. My husband has a Chevy Monte Carlo which he mostly drives to work or drives when it's only us 2. We are thinking about getting something bigger like a minivan or SUV, but we're just looking around right now.
