Laptop or Notebook????

What is the difference between these two? Which do you own? Which is better?

These days there is very little difference, but traditionally a laptop is a little larger than a notebook.
That really is the only difference. A 12" to 15" screen size is usually in the notebook class, and a 15" to 17" is usually in the laptop class. Under 12" are not common, but I think they have been called different things like "ultra-portable".

As mentioned, they are the same thing. Laptop was the original word used, but it was later changed to notebook when people realized most laptops get way too hot to rest on your lap regularly. Notebook kind of implies a thinner lighter laptop, but it's not a clearly defined term. My Gateway "notebook" weighs close to 14 lbs.

They are actually the same thing, just a different name. Kind of like cell phone and mobile phone :)
