Ok how many people think this is fair. She was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 fine back on Swpt. 7 for reckless driving. She showed up late for court and when she was arrested claimed she didn't know that her license had been suspended. A copy signed by her stating that her license was suspended was in her glove box at the time. She violates a 36 month probation and gets 45 days in jail, if it had been a plain Jane, she would have had to serve the 36 months. How fair do you think this is?
