Anyone Betting On The Kentucky Derby Tomorrow?

Tomorrow is one of my favorite sports days of the year....The Kentucky Derby. Any of you guys planning on having a Derby party or planning to bet on the race at all? I've been lucky enough to have picked the winner 5 of the last 7 times (for those of you who don't know, I run a horse racing handicapping site)and I am going with Scat Daddy to win tomorrow....who do you all like?

Thanks Vicky I had asked a few people here to appolize for me but it is ok, I appolized and I am back, so thank you if you made it happen, I might of had a virus too. But I did email them twice, ok I will chat later. I am happy!

No not betting on it. In fact I don't bet on any races. Especially ones that involve animals. I don't think that is one of their purposes in life.
That said I am not condemning anyone it just isn't my bag.

I am goin today and I will bet on the one horse you said Scatt Daddy is he a long shot? wait let me go see, anyway I will check back later, I notce people don't like hore-racing I love it. I have won all kind of money playing tis sport. I will go watch it at the track, simucasting. It will be some many people there, every year, it is this way. all over the word. go to goolerts and go to sports it will get you some tips too. they send me alerts all the time about hore-racing. you probaly wo't get many comments on this one, people just don't like it. will I do and I was the first one to answert, I haven't decided yet who will win I haven't been keeping up with all the horse, but I am going to do some reading about it. ina few mins. I like Street Sense, even with the 2 yr. old champion "jinx". I hate to say i haven't picked a derby winner since Strike The Gold. I did pick FuPeg, but didn't play him because of the short price.
From looking at the beyers for this race I was suprised at how low they are. I also like Tiago,Zanjero and possibly Curlin the exotics. Curlin may be a freak, hard to say after only 3 races. Looks to be a lot of speed this year, so it could be a closer's year. Will have to see how the track is running.

I agree with the speed factor, which is why I like Scat Daddy....he likes to sit just off the pace and close...I have Curlin, Street Sense, and Nobiz like Shobiz in for the exotics.

I'm a little bit late for this discussion, but had I found it on time, I wouldn't want to bet on the horses either. First off, I think gambling is wrong, and finally, I think that what they are doing in those races is exploiting animals, and I refuse to support such a thing.

Well I had Street Sense, but didn't have Hard Spun in the exacta. Didn't bet enough on Street Sense to win so i lost on the race. I felt over a month ago that Street Sense was the horse. Closed from 19th on a speed favoring track, can we finally have a triple crown winner? It would be great for the sport if we did.
