Yes, all the time. My friend and I fell out because my mum didn't like him! And I had to keep my girlfriend a secret for ages because mum didn't like her. I don't tell her who my friends are anymore so that can't happen again!

Yes they agree except few friends.

Hello misste78 I had a friend that my parent didn't like them. And i still make friend with them but not to close. Maybe my parent see than she is not good for me, or she had a bad attitude so can make me in trouble. God bless you

My Answer to your question is no as I am non drinker though i do company my friends who drinks but i think there are rare chance for my parents to hate my those friends because even i don't drink though i request my friends not to be in front of my parents if they are badly drunken.

there was once when i was going out with this guy and my parents disliked him because they thought that he brought me bad influence or something. i was upset about it, because they didn't know that it was him who brought out the best in me and i couldn't understand why my parents didn't want to see me happy. but everything worked out in the end, in time my parents could see the good side of my friend and they accepted him :)
