People perform better under stress because it is then that he is under utmost pressure to deliver the best.Putting such intense presure on yourself everytime is bound to have severe effets on both your mind and body.Dont do everything under stress.
"You perform the best when you enjoy what you are doing".

stress is the condition that man made. as we go on our busy life, we are overwhelmed by it, but most people affected were those who inclined themselves to work afar from their abilityy. those who like competitions are more prone to a stressful life.
to avoid stress:
never try to be like atlas carrying the whole world
as much as possible make your life simple
enjoy everyday as if it is your last day
love yourself.
if this will not work, try the following:
go a quite place
hold a pen and notebooks
chat some notes that concerns your stress
allow someone to share your stress
discuss the things that made you stressful
lastly, make some solution how to avoid stress.
have a happy life ahead.

Stress results from our reaction to your physical or emotional circumstances. Since we can control our emotions, it follows that we alone can rid ourselves of the stress which besets our life. We have the option to channel our energy towards the right activity.

In the modern society, everybody may have stress and depression. The point is how to deal with the stress coming to us, positvely or negatively.
If we see stress as a burden, it may become a barrier to sucess, vice versa, to see stress as a push, it will make us do things more effectively and perfectly.

very true may be one should try to proritise things/jobs to be done... and make jobs into smaller units of work so that one could achive each little job within a small time frame ... leading to feeling of satisfaction and thus the entire job would be done in less than the time expected & the stress is avoided...this could be one way to deal with stress
