I am a manager at an IT company and at the same time i prefer o visit NGOs and spend lot of time with orphan kids. They r real cute yet with a dark past. However, it is indeed our duty to lead them into the brightness of our society. I love being with the kids but really get confused how to handle them, that is make them realise their mistakes if any yet not hurt them at all. I really go nuts then.
